We act as Company Secretary to ensure continuous compliance with our Companies and Allied Matters Act 2004 and Companies Income Tax Act 2007.We also render Legal services in respect of Compliance with Nigerian Immigration Act 2015 in respect of obtaining Business Permit, Expatriate Quotas and Pioneer Status. We help with Compliance with Nigerian Investment Promotion Commission Act by registering the Foreign owned business with the Commission as required by the Act and we guide and register Companies with the Free Trade Zones in Nigeria.

We are well versed in Equipment Leasing Finance transactions and we have handled several Equipment Leasing transactions for Hong Kong based Equipment Leasing Companies working in conjunction with Ince & Co a Law Firm based in Shanghai and Hong Kong. In2017 we handled a $20million Equipment Leasing transaction which involved our carrying out Asset Valuation and drafting a 30 Page Legal Opinion on Nigerian Legal aspects to the transaction plus reviewing the Equipment Purchase Agreement and the Equipment Lease Agreement prepared by the Chinese/Hong Kong Law Firm and then drafting all other documents to make the transaction compliant with Nigerian Laws.
